• Account information: email address and authentication details provided via Firebase Authentication (including Google sign-in, if used).
• Photos you upload: images you submit for analysis and enhancement.
• Profile inputs: optional text you provide (e.g., dating intent and bio text) to generate a rewritten bio.
• Usage and diagnostics: basic information needed to operate and secure the Service (for example, timestamps of requests and actions).
• Payments: purchases are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details. Stripe may provide us limited information such as purchase status and associated identifiers.

How we use information

• Provide the Service (uploading, ranking photos, generating results, and delivering outputs).
• Authenticate you and protect your account.
• Process purchases and apply credits.
• Improve reliability, troubleshoot issues, and prevent abuse.
• Respond to support requests.

How we share information

We may share information with service providers that help us run the Service. Examples include:

• Firebase (Google): authentication, database, and storage for user accounts and uploaded images.
• Stripe: payment processing.
• AI/processing providers: we may use third-party APIs to analyze or enhance images and generate text outputs.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and operate our business, including to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. Uploaded photos and generated outputs may be retained to allow you to view results and download outputs. You may request deletion by contacting us.

We take reasonable measures to help protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your choices

• Access and updates: you can update your account by signing in and managing your profile where available.
• Deletion requests: you can request deletion of your account data by emailing support@matchcraft.app.

Children’s privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

International transfers

Your information may be processed and stored in countries where we or our service providers operate.
